Temperatures across the country are hitting highs in the thirties - with Geneva being one of the hottest areas.
But forecasters warn the hot weather will mean storms in the next few days.
The reason is due to a patch of high pressure and warm air coming up from the Mediterranean - which could mean the arrival of dust from the Sahara Desert.
The storms should peak on Sunday, but forecasters say that after that it will return to generally sunny weather.
