Geneva police hunt passerby after weird crash

Geneva police are hunting a person who left the scene of a rather surreal accident in Eaux-Vives yesterday afternoon.

It started after a motorcyclist hit a car. The biker fell, but the driver left the scene - without trying to help him. He was later caught.

A passerby tried to help by picking up the bike, but lost control of it and it hit a woman walking on the sidewalk, seriously injuring her.

That passerby then fled - and is still being hunted.

Police are asking for any witnesses to come forward.
