Geneva police called to video shoot

Geneva police responded to calls of an armed robbery on Sunday – but it seemed it was a group of people making a You Tube video.

Calls said there were hooded men in a Kiosk on the Avenue du Mail – one was brandishing a gun.

The police say once they turned up, it was clear a video was being shot. They say that no filming permit was applied for and one of the cast was arrested for breaching the firearms law.

The police say it’s a good idea to let them know what anyone is planning to avoid public panic.
