The Geneva University Hospital is demanding all visitors will have to show a vaccine passport to enter from next week.
The hospital says the move is designed to protect staff, patients and visitors.
The number of cases at the hospital is increasing. There are 31 being treated and three are in intensive care.
The requirement to show a pass will not apply to emergency admissions.
