Suspected fake police officers have been arrested after a series of violent robberies at autoroute service areas.
According to Zurich cantonal police, the suspects posed as officers and carried out fake checks late at night.
In one case near Seuzach, they stopped a car dealer and made off with his cash.
Days later, a similar attack happened in Affoltern am Albis, targeting three Ukrainian car dealers.
During one attack a woman was beaten and dragged several meters.
Police have arrested two men - a 35 and a 42-year-old.
Both are in pretrial detention and are suspected of involvement in both attacks.
