A dispute in a Lausanne car park about a dog being left in a car has led to the death of an elderly man.
The 82-year-old died a week after suffering serious injuries during the altercation.
The man fell backwards and struck his head. A nurse who was nearby began CPR before paramedics arrived, and the victim was taken to hospital in critical condition.
A 57-year-old man involved in the incident has been questioned and released.
Prosecutors have opened a criminal investigation.
