Swiss lawyers are calling for an investigation into Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis.
Speaking in Bern, they accuse Switzerland of violating the Geneva Conventions and failing to uphold international humanitarian law over the war in Gaza.
The lawyers say Cassis should have used all available means to prevent alleged crimes by Israel, or at least not encourage them.
They point in particular to a 2013 military cooperation deal with Israel and ongoing arms and dual-use exports.
