100 sue government for vaccine side effects

Around 100 people are suing the federal government for alleged illnesses caused by the vaccine.

The law allows anyone who has experienced serious side effects to claim compensation. The Department of Home Affairs has confirmed the numbers.

Many claims involve migraines, fevers and fatigue. Sufferers say the government should be paying for the doctor’s visit.

The regulator Swissmedic it tracking cases of myocardium, a heart problem which could be serious. It says there are 267 suspected cases – but most have already recovered.
