In today's episode Hester Macdonald talks to Katt Cullen about "passalong plants". These plants are easy to propagate and share. When you have a happy, healthy passalong plant, it tends to sprout; cuttings are easy to take and plant (or even grow in water) and then the new buds are convenient to share with others, making great gifts (for small budgets).
Spider plants and aloe vera are common indoor passalong plants, and common outdoor passalongs include echeveria, sedums & daylilies.
