
Ingredients
- 0.25 tsp. salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 dl single cream
- 1 red pepper
- 1 dl milk
- 100 g mushrooms
- 0.5 bunch thyme
- 400 g vegetarian “diced meat”
- 1 tbsp. mild paprika powder
- 100 g Cornichons
Instructions
Sauté diced Délicorn strips in hot oil for approx. 2 minutes, remove and season with paprika. Cut the pepper into strips, slice the cornichons, quarter the mushrooms and sauté them all in the same pan with the thyme for around 3 minutes. Add the single cream and milk, bring to the boil, then simmer for approx. 3 minutes. Return the Délicorn strips to the pan, heat gently and season.
