Vegetable Dishes: Tofu-Potato-Bean Fry

Tofu-Potato-Bean Fry


  • 2 dl vegetable bouillon
  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. herb salt
  • 1 tbsp. chervil leaves
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 600 g waxy potatoes, cut into segments
  • 750 g beans
  • 200 g smoked tofu, cut into triangles
  • 1 tbsp. mixed seeds, roasted
  • 2 red onion, cut into strips
Order the ingredients from COOP@home


Heat the oil in a large pan, sauté the beans and potatoes for approx. 2 minutes. Add the bouillon and simmer, covered, over low heat for approx. 20 minutes. Season. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, sauté the tofu and onions over medium heat approx. 5 minutes, then remove and season. Serve the potatoes and beans with the tofu. Garnish with the mixed seeds and chervil.
