Vegetable Dishes: Spicy Mushrooms

Spicy Mushrooms


  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 sprig thyme
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 sprig parsley
  • 600 g mixed mushrooms (z.B. Pleurotus, Champignons, Stohpilze, Eierschwämme)
  • 2 dl dry white wine
  • 2 pinches chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp. butter, weich
Order the ingredients from COOP@home


Slice the mushrooms and chop the onion and garlic. Finely chop the parsley and thyme. Heat the oil in a large pan. Sauté the onions and garlic. Add the mushrooms and continue to sauté for a few minutes. Pour in the wine, bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 3 mins. Add the herbs, stir in the salt, chilli flakes and butter, serve immediately.
