Noodle Nest with Savoy Cabbage and Egg


  • a little pepper
  • saltwater, boiling
  • 1 tbsp. rapeseed oil
  • 4 fresh eggs
  • a little salt
  • 300 g Savoy cabbage
  • 200 g noodles

Thinly slice the savoy cabbage. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until al dente. Add the savoy cabbage approx. 3 mins. before the end of the cooking time. Drain both, allow to cool a little.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Using spaghetti tongs, shape the noodles into four little nests. Fry the nests over a medium heat. Pour one egg into each nest, cover and cook over a medium heat for approx. 10 mins., season, serve immediately.
