Durum Wheat with Courgette


  • a little pepper
  • 0.75 tsp. salt
  • 4 dl water
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 tbsp. rapeseed oil
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 600 g courgette
  • 250 g pre-cooked durum wheat (Ebly)

Cut the courgettes into wedges. Heat the oil in a wide-bottomed pan. Sauté the courgettes with the Ebly wheat. Add the water, cover and simmer for approx. 12 mins. until the Ebly wheat is soft.

Coarsely chop the parsley and mix it into the Ebly wheat with the crème fraiche.
