Vegetable Dishes: Cauliflower pizza

Cauliflower pizza


  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 100 g grated Gruyère
  • 2 cauliflower (ca. 1 kg)
  • 2 eggs, verklopft
  • 4 tomatoes, in Scheiben
  • 2 red onion, in Schnitzen
  • 2 mozzarella (je ca. 150 g), zerzupft
  • 2 corn on the cob (je ca. 150 g), Körner abgeschnitten
  • 300 g baby salads (z.B. Lattich), in Sechsteln
  • some oregano leaves
Order the ingredients from COOP@home


Grate the cauliflower straight into a bowl, stir in the eggs and cheese, season. Spread onto an oven tray lined with baking paper.

Mix the tomatoes with the remaining ingredients including the mozzarella, spoon onto the cauliflower base.

Bake for approx. 25 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove, scatter over the oregano.

Mix the lettuce, oil and vinegar, arrange on top of the pizza, season.
