- a little pepper
- 0.5 tsp. salt
- 300 g parsnips
- 3 apples
- 1 tbsp. rosemary
- 500 g veal sausage meat
- 4 slices raclette cheese (je ca. 50 g)
Peel the parsnips, slice with the apples into approx. 3 mm thick slices, season with salt. Place the slices in 4 rosettes on an oven tray lined with baking paper.
Top with the raclette cheese and veal sausage meat. Roughly chop the rosemary, scatter over, season.
Bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
