Tapas: Prawns with Garlic and Sea Salt


  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • a little sea salt
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • a little pepper aus der Mühle
  • 2 tbsp. oil zum Braten
  • 200 g king prawns (z.B. Coop Naturaplan)
  • 2 tsp. thyme
Order the ingredients from COOP@home


Finely slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan, gently fry the garlic for approx. 1 min. Add the prawns, fry on both sides for approx. 1 min. each side, season and scatter over the thyme. Transfer the prawns to a plate, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
