Shrimps with chilli oil


  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 200 g red lentils
  • 1 onion, fein gehackt
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary, fein geschnitten
  • water, siedend
  • 1 red pepper, in Würfeli
  • 1 clove of garlic, fein geschnitten
  • 1 organic lemon, nur abgeriebene Schale

Mix the oil and remaining ingredients with a little salt, set aside.

Boil the lentils in water for approx. 5 mins., drain. Heat the oil in the same pan, sauté the onions, add the lentils and continue to sauté for approx. 3 mins., add the vinegar, salt to taste and divide onto plates.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, salt the shrimps and fry in batches for approx. 3 mins. Arrange the shrimps on top of the lentils, drizzle with chilli oil.
