Shellfish / Seafood: Garlic Prawns

Garlic Prawns


  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 3 sprig thyme
  • 0.5 organic lemon
  • 1 green chilli
  • a little water, boiling
  • a little olive oil, to drizzle
  • 16 organic peeled raw prawns

Quarter the lemon, cut into slices, pour boiling water over them and let them stand for approx. 3 minutes before draining. Seed and chop the peperoncino and slice the garlic thinly.

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, sauté the prawns approx. 2 minutes. Add the lemon slices, peperoncino, garlic and thyme and sauté 2 minutes longer.

Season the prawns, arrange them on warmed plates and drizzle with oil.
