Fried noodles with broccoli and shrimps

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • saltwater, siedend
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 300 g Chinese noodles
  • 300 g organic peeled raw prawns
  • 3 tbsp. dark sesame oil
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 0.5 tsp. sambal oelek

Instructions

Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente, drain. Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a work or a wide-bottomed frying pan, fry the shrimps for approx. 2 mins. on each side, remove. Slice the broccoli into small florets and the onion and peppers into strips. Thinly slice the garlic. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok, stir-fry the vegetables for approx. 5 mins., remove. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok, stir-fry the noodles for approx. 2 mins., mix in the vegetables and shrimps, season with soy sauce and sambal.
