Oriental Tomato Salad


  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. crème fraîche
  • 1.5 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 0.5 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 0.5 red chilli pepper, insides removed, cut into thin strips
  • 4 peppermint leaves, cut into thin strips
  • 50 g tortilla chips
  • 2 tomatoes (approx. 600 g), cut into 2-cm cubes
Order the ingredients from COOP@home


Combine the lemon juice, garlic, chilli and mint, season. Add the tomatoes and mix carefully. Cover and leave to steep for approx. 30 mins. Plate up the tomato salad with crème fraîche and crisps.
