Délicorn Caesar Salad


  • 1 tbsp. peanut oil
  • 20 g Parmesan, finely sliced
  • 1 lettuce, cut into 2-cm-wide strips
  • 2.5 dl bottled Caesar dressing
  • 2 breaded vegetarian schnitzel
Order the ingredients from COOP@home


Mix the lettuce with the dressing. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, fry the cutlets for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown, cut them into cubes of approx. 2 cm each, and distribute them across the salad. Garnish with shaved Parmesan.
