- a little pepper
- 0.75 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 600 g waxy potatoes boiled in their skins, left over from previous day, coarsely grated
- 150 g strongly-flavoured Gruyère, coarsely grated
- 12 slices bacon strips
Mix together the potatoes, eggs and cheese, season. Arrange the potato mixture on the prepared oven tray.
Roll up the bacon and top the potato with the bacon rolls.
approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove, allow to cool a little on a rack and remove from the tin.
