Piadina Verde


  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. marjoram leaves
  • 1 tbsp. thyme leaves
  • 1 courgette
  • 0.5 Gallia melon
  • 0.25 iceberg lettuce (ca. 80 g)
  • 200 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 Piadina flatbread

Cut the melon into approx. 5 mm slices, shave the courgette into thin slices, drizzle both with lemon juice, sprinkle on the herbs and pepper, steep for approx. 10 mins. Only then add salt.

Cut the lettuce into strips and the Gorgonzola into pieces.

Heat a frying pan without fat, heat the flatbread on both sides for approx. 1 min. each. Fill the piadina with the lettuce, cheese and courgette, drizzle over some olive oil, fold in the middle.
