Pepper and Mozzarella Skewers


  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 sweet pepper (ProSpecieRara), cut in half lengthways and then into 2.5-cm-wide strips
  • 1 bag mozzarella cheese balls (approx. 145 g), rinsed, drained
  • 0.5 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Brush pepper strips with oil. Heat the griddle and grill the peppers over a medium heat, turning occasionally, for approx. 20 minutes, season and leave to cool. Alternately place peppers and Mozzarelline on wooden skewers. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and oil.
