- 0.25 tsp. salt
- a little pepper
- 125 g mascarpone
- 1 pizza dough, rolled into a rectangle
- 2 onion, finely sliced
- 150 g Gorgonzola cheese, cut into pieces
- 20 g rucola (rocket)
Place the dough with the paper in an oven tray. Spread the Mascarpone over the dough with the back of a spoon, season the onions and place them on top. Distribute the Gorgonzola over the top.
Bake for approx. 20 mins. on the bottom rack of an oven preheated to 240°C. Remove and scatter the rocket on top.
