Rolled Fish

Ingredients

  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil to fry
  • 8 plaice fillets (MSC) (approx. 60 g each)
  • 40 g cress, finely chopped
  • 8 slices fried bacon

Instructions

Place the fish fillets, shiny side up, on the work surface, season. Mix the cress with the chives, divide over the fish fillets, roll up. Wrap each roll in a slice of bacon and fix in place with 1 toothpick. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Reduce the heat. Fry the fish rolls all over for approx. 7 mins. over a medium heat.
