- a little pepper
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 8 wooden skewer
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 plaice fillets (MSC) (approx. 80 g each), cut into 2-cm-wide strips
- 1 avocado, not too soft, cut into 3-cm pieces
- 0.5 bunch lemon balm, coarsely chopped
Season the fish and avocado with salt, place the fish in a wave pattern on skewers with the avocado pieces, coat with oil.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the skewers for approx. 6 mins. all round over/on a medium heat.
Puree all the ingredients or crush in a pestle and mortar.
Coat the plaice & avocado satay with melissa oil and serve the remaining oil separately alongside.
