
Ingredients
- 1 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 g white flour
- 50 g butter, soft
- icing sugar to dust
- 60 g sugar
- 50 g dark chocolate (64% cocoa), cut into pieces
Instructions
Beat together the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and salt using the whisk on a hand mixer until the mixture turns a paler colour.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a thin-sided bowl over gently simmering water, stirring until smooth. Add to the egg mixture. Fold the flour into the batter and fill the prepared cups. Place the cups on an oven tray and bake for approx. 18 min. in the middle of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove, dust with icing sugar, and serve immediately.
