
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1.5 tbsp. miso paste
- 2 fresh egg yolks
- 2 fresh egg whites
- a little icing sugar
Instructions
Place the oven tray on the bottom rack. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Combine the miso paste, 2 tbsp of sugar and egg yolk, mix well. Beat the egg whites with salt until semi-stiff, add 2 tbsp sugar, continue beating until the egg white turns glossy. Fold carefully into the mixture. Divide into the prepared moulds, bake on an oven tray in a preheated oven for approx. 10 mins. Dust with icing sugar, place each on a plate and serve immediately.
