Cervelat and Cheese Salad

  • 80 g Tilsiter cheese
  • 4 cervelat sausage
  • 80 g Appenzeller cheese
  • 1 onion, peeled
  • 3 tbsp. sunflower oil
  • a little mustard
  • 2 tbsp. apple vinegar
  • 4 sweet and sour gherkins

Peel the Cervelat sausage, halve lengthways and slice. Divide onto plates. Cut the cheese into 1 cm cubes. Distribute over the sausage. Slice the onion into rings and scatter over. Add a little salt if needed, drizzle with oil. Lightly stir the mustard and vinegar, so that the mustard does not completely dissolve. Pour over. Cut a fan shape in the cucumbers and garnish the salad.
