
Ingredients

- salt and pepper to taste
- a little pepper
- 0.5 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, pressed
- 500 g minced meat (beef)
- 0.5 bunch basil, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. condimento bianco
- 1 oak leaf lettuce, cut into 1.5-cm-wide strips
- 1 cucumber, peeled, cut in half, insides removed, cut into 1-cm cubes
Instructions
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Brown the meat in batches, remove, place in a large bowl and season. Reduce the heat and wipe the cooking fat from the pan. Add a little oil if necessary, sauté the onions and garlic, remove, add to the meat and leave to cool. Mix the balsamic and oil in a small bowl, season. Add the dressing, cucumber and salad to the meat and carefully combine.
