Minced Beef Salad


  • oil to fry
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 500 g minced meat (beef)
  • 0.5 bunch basil, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. condimento bianco
  • 1 oak leaf lettuce, cut into 1.5-cm-wide strips
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, cut in half, insides removed, cut into 1-cm cubes

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Brown the meat in batches, remove, place in a large bowl and season. Reduce the heat and wipe the cooking fat from the pan. Add a little oil if necessary, sauté the onions and garlic, remove, add to the meat and leave to cool. Mix the balsamic and oil in a small bowl, season. Add the dressing, cucumber and salad to the meat and carefully combine.
