Beef: Grilled Burger with Mango

Grilled Burger with Mango


  • 1 red onion
  • 1 mango
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 4 Hamburger (Bell Beefburger, 125 g each)
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 iceberg lettuce leaves

Cut mango into slices approx. 5 mm thick, cut onions into rings. Stir together mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce.

Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Grill the burgers over/on high heat (approx. 240°C) for approx. 5 minutes on each side. Slice the bread rolls in half and toast the cut slides briefly.

Lay a burger on the bottom half of each bread roll and top with sauce, lettuce leaves, mango and onions, cover with the top half of the bread roll.
