- 0.25 tsp. salt
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 200 g zucchini, cut into thin strips
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 8 thin beef cutlets (e.g. sirloin) (approx. 80 g each)
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Mix the courgettes and remaining ingredients up to and including the salt, cover and marinate for approx. 30 mins. Drain the vegetables, set the marinade aside. Season the cutlets with salt, put the vegetables on top, wrap the cutlets around the vegetables and secure with toothpicks.
Grill the beef rolls over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 3 mins. right round. Serve the beef rolls with the marinade.
