Dara Evans, Head of Primary at the British School of Geneva (BSG), joins Katt Cullen in the WRS studio for the Breakfast Show. With over a decade of experience at BSG, Dara shares insights into the school's evolution, the brand new primary half-day programme (launched in April 2025) and highlights the exciting opportunities available to secondary and Sixth Form students beyond academics. These include the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, student leadership programme, work experience placements, and the Student Wellbeing Ambassador Programme (SWAP).
With over 300 students representing around 65 nationalities, Dara speaks passionately about BSG’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and tailoring education to meet each child’s individual needs. They also explore how BSG builds a strong school community through parent workshops and support systems.
Dara offers a thoughtful and compassionate response to concerns within the international community around recent political instability and funding uncertainty.
Whether you're a current parent, a prospective family, or just curious about life at BSG, this episode offers an authentic look at how the school supports and celebrates its students.
