The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 by John Bishop is a wildly entertaining farce that mixes quick wit, mystery, and theatrical mayhem. Set in a snowbound mansion, a group of actors and producers gathers for a backers’ audition - but soon find themselves trapped with a cunning killer on the loose.
Founded in 1975, The Semi-Circle Basel is an English-language community theatre group dedicated to bringing high-quality productions to audiences in the Basel region. The group’s diverse members, drawn from across the international community, share a passion for storytelling, creativity, and collaboration.
Performances run November 6–9 at The Scala Basel, with evening and matinee shows.
