One UK tourist being blamed for ski race cancellation
One British tourist is being blamed for the cancelation of the Laubernhorn World Cup ski race in Wengen.

The race was called off after the Covid virus spread rapidly. The tourist is thought to be responsible for around half of the infections.
In just 4 weeks more than 60 residents in Wengen tested positive – as well as those who’d arrived to help with the race organization.
The Federal Health Office has not been able to confirm if the virus is the strain that started in the UK – but there were 12 cases in canton Bern in December.
