Low-life thief steals from toddler's funeral
Residents of Davos are shocked after a thief stole from a 5-year old’s funeral collection.
Earlier this week the toddler’s family buried their little boy. A collection was set up to raise money for a charity which supports children with liver disease.
After the ceremony someone entered the church and took the money.
The family issued a statement on Facebook, saying the theft has hit them hard.
The head of the Parish Council, Marianne Aguilera, says she can hardly believe it – but thinks the thief has inside knowledge of the church as they entered through a normally closed passageway.
Graubünden cantonal police say they’re investigating.
