Hamster given oxygen by Zurich firefighters
Zurich firefighters managed to revive a hamster using oxygen after a fire at a city apartment.

They were called to the blaze yesterday afternoon. After the flames had been extinguished – a hamster was found. It was not moving as it had been exposed to smoke.
It was fed oxygen through a mask designed for people. After a few minutes, it started to move.
No humans were injured in the fire and the hamster is back with its relieved owner.
