Yves Bouvier is accused of evading income tax on sales of works of art to a Russian oligarch - worth up to CHF 2 billion.

The dealer has had property confiscated by the government including sealed documents seized during a search of his home.

Bouvier claims he left the country for Singapore in 2009 and is no longer a Swiss resident - therefore not taxable in Switzerland.

The Swiss Federal Tax Administration disagrees. The case continues.
