'Mr. Coronavirus' concerned over rising infection rates
The latest figures from the Federal Health Office show a further 132 have tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 24 hours – a rate which is worrying the former head of the communicable disease department, Daniel Koch.
The man, known as Mr. Coronavirus by the media, says the numbers are too low to class it as a second wave – but are still worrying.
He was speaking to the bluewin.ch website.
He’s concerned the numbers will increase significantly during the winter.
The Health Office says a further three people died yesterday, bringing the total to 1,703.
