Car refuses to stop, police open fire
Vaud police opened fire on a car last night as it smashed through a road block. Four people have been arrested, one is still on the run.

Police ordered the Audi RS3 to stop as part of a routine check – but the driver accelerated away.
During the chase, the Audi hit a taxi and ignored all calls to stop. When approaching a roadblock, the car picked up speed again, forcing police to open fire to stop the car.
It was found the car’s licence plates belonged to another vehicle.
The four arrested are aged between 15 and 20 – police say they’re all locals.
