Court rules Geneva canton right to sack 'sexting' teacher
A Geneva court has confirmed the canton was right to sack a teacher who sent sexually explicit messages and videos to three students at the Collège de Saussure between 2013 and 2016, although the teacher wasn’t reported until 2017.
The canton fired the teacher in July 2018. A court has upheld the decision, saying the teacher violated his duty to his students.
The ruling was back in November last year, but has just been made public.
