Restaurant owner fined for selling hotdogs in car park
A restauranteur in canton Sankt Gallen is fuming after authorities took his license away to sell hotdogs from a cart in his car park.
59-year-old Florian Dullnig’s restaurant is obviously closed due to the lockdown. So he set up a stand in his car park, selling sausages.
But because some customers ate their food in the car park police say he was breaking social distancing laws.
Now he can’t sell anything and has been fined over CHF 2,000.
He denies breaking the law and says he will appeal.
