Rent prices rise in Zurich and Geneva
Rents are continuing to climb – with Zurich and Geneva being the most expensive places to live.

The most sought-after area is Paradeplatz in Zurich where the average rent is CHF 3,760 for a three-room apartment.
The figures have been released by the real estate agency Homegate.
The most expensive area in Geneva is around Bel-Air. In both cities the proximity of the banking sector seems to be the main attraction and it will be almost impossible to find a three-room home for less than CHF 2,000.
There doesn’t seem to be any sign of rents slowing – prices are up from the last survey in 2017.
