Driver and two horses killed on autoroute near Zurich
A driver and two horses were killed on the A3 autoroute yesterday morning near Richterswil in canton Zurich.

At around 4am yesterday, the 53 year old was heading towards Zurich and was driving at high speed. Two horses had escaped from a local stable and were on the road. The car hit them after leaving a tunnel.
Police are questioning the stable owner. Locals have told the press the buildings are in a poor state of repair.
The road was closed for several hours yesterday morning.
