Valais rescuers admit they're searching for bodies
Rescuers in canton Valais are to restart a search for two missing skiers after an avalanche on Friday. A Valais police spokesman says they are looking for bodies. There’s no chance the victims will be found alive.
Search efforts for the 32 year old Frenchman and the 57 year old Swiss man have been hampered by poor weather and increasing avalanche danger.
The police say they are in contact with the victims’ families – and have warned them the bodies may not be found until the snow starts to melt.
