Geneva police stop drunk driver with one tyre missing
Geneva police have released details of a drunk driver from Vaud they stopped on Saturday afternoon outside the UN. The 39 year old was driving a car without a front tyre.
He was found 4 times over the limit and resisted arrest. Police say when in the patrol car he tried to smash the window with his face and when at the police station he continually shouted abuse.
Police believe he had driven his car for around 7km with a burst tyre.
He’s been charged with drunk driving, dangerous driving, threatening behavior and threats against public servants.
