Today on the WRS Breakfast Show, we speak to Andrea Calzascia from World Heritage Experience Switzerland about the 12 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Switzerland and the events taking place this weekend (12-13 June) for World Heritage Days.
Events will take place across 5 sites in Switzerland; Three Castles, Defensive Wall and Ramparts of the Market-Town of Bellinzona (main event), Rhaetian Railway Albula / Bernina, Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch, Swiss Tectonic Arena Sardona and Abbey of St. Gall such as guided walks and free tours.
