Let’s talk wine! This weekend is Les Caves Ouvertes in Vaud.
Laura Paccot from the Domaine La Colombe in Féchy talks to us about the family business. Wine-making has run in the family for generations and so she's grown up around the vineyards and seen a fair few of these open wine cellar events take place. We talk to her about what it's like as a wine-maker to have this opportunity to interact with the consumer enjoying their wine made on-site...
Caves Ouvertes takes place throughout Swiss Romande in May and early June, with each canton opening their wine cellars on a different weekend. The 4-5 June will take place in Vaud.
